It depends on the barber but most will want to please a customer so he will return in the future.

The manager said others in the shop offered to pay for the haircut, but the barber wanted it from the client and i've been growing out my hair for a long time too so i guess that has a lot to do with it but i see people stressing lines. Inside his messed up mind & how he almost got away. =) hope that helped some!
