I too am attracted to this shape of the glans. It's not outrageously big in terms of heads but it's like a completely different shape from what it was even like 10 years ago. Head trauma from play or sports is a common concern for parents, but rarely does a bump on the head result in serious injury.

My family did it, too, but i didn't believe it until every person would take the opportunity to inquire about the unnaturally large circumference of my head.
