Not sticking out in the back as much, but larger uptop and just overall (what i consider to be) a weird shaped head. In rare cases, however, a lump on the head could indicate a more serious problem. My head is the exact shape of a slanted oval from the side view.
It looks and feels like there is a big lump in the back of my head and it's very uncomfortable when laying down on hard surfaces.
Once again, it's all about using the hair the solution: I'm just out here with my real ones tryna get some monies. I also have a head shaped kind of like that. Your head shape has a lot to do with how solid a bald head will look, which only seems obvious once the hair is gone.
